Seminar Paper Writing Instructions


Academic Year 2014/2015

Seminar Paper Submission Date: 22 December 2014

Prior to submitting their papers, students are strongly advised to recheck, or have
checked, their text carefully for usage and spelling either British or American conventions
should be used consistently throughout.
Seminar papers should be prepared in accordance with the following guidelines:

format: A4
2.54 cm / 1 in.
Line spacing: 1.5
Font: Times New Roman
Font size: 12
Paragraph alignment: justified; Headings or Subtitles should be numbered
Pagination: bottom right-hand corner
Length of the paper: between 10 and 15 pages
Italics: for examples and for titles of books and journals
Bold: for terms defined and for emphasis
Margins:

Title of the paper up to 20 words, including subtitle; centred, bold, preceded and
followed by two blank lines
References heading centred, bold, preceded and followed by a blank line; the list
should include works quoted or cited, should be arranged alphabetically, by the
authors last name, and should be formatted as follows:
