Aww app is a customizable online whiteboard, students can use it to collaborate

when planning their own individual designs and pieces, as well as use it for taking
notes when evaluating each other. The app itself is browser based, and can be
accessed on mobile and desktop devices. Students can also share their own
whiteboards with each other so they can easily share collaboration ideas. Students
can also share data just as easily with you as the teacher so you can see any notes
they make when doing evaluations. I would recommend this app for any teacher
that is doing group related work so you can see what your students plan with each
other step by step. Overall I do really like this app, it is a free extended whiteboard
that students can utilize anywhere.

Sketchbook Express is a simple drawing and design app that I as a theatre teacher
can utilize when asking my students to explore what stage, lighting, makeup, or
costume design is like first hand. Students can use this app to create designs of
any of the above, while being able to easily edit them at will as they come up with
new design ideas and changes. I would recommend this application to anyone who
teaches lessons involving any type of creative expression, it allows students who
are artistic to be able to display that skill, while the app itself provides tools to assist
students who are not the best traditional artists. The app itself is free, while it does
have optional tools to purchase for one dollar each. The app itself has many
tutorials on learning all of its uses. I personally would recommend it to all teachers
who have looked for a way to assist students with being visually expressive.

Google as a tool is already arguably the most useful tool out there for investigation
and research. This app makes google searching even more convenient and
streamlined, it also has useful tools such as Save this Search Which allow for
students to save any search or search result in the app that they find useful. I
personally would have this app available for all of my students due to its wide
variety of uses, and invaluable utility. I would allow my students to use this app to
compile information about their topics that they are responsible for researching. The
app itself is also versatile in the platforms that it can be used on, meaning progress
that students gain using this on an ipad can be accessed on the PC with use of a
google account. Overall this app is incredibly useful for any lesson that requires any
type of research.
