REBOOKING NOR REFUND for confirmed
bookings. Cancellation after confirmation
will be charged accordingly, amounting PHP
1000 net per booking/person. Stated
amount excludes direct charges from hotel,
airline and other penalties. This applies for
emergency cases or force majeure.

therefore submit a Cancellation Letter or
Notification specifying the reason with
supporting documents to justify the reason

validation.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of cancellation due to force
majeure, for purposes of the rules, shall
mean Act of God, calamities, actual disaster
and other reasons beyond the control of
diligence of the reserving party, Client will
therefore submit a Cancellation Letter or
Notification specifying the reason and
