Sub-Clause 14.12 Discharge

(The form of discharge should be discussed with the Contractors legal advisor.
The following is the recommended form of discharge as given in the FIDIC
Contracts Guide.)
We, (name of Contractor), hereby confirm, in the terms of Sub-Clause 14.12 of
the Conditions of Contract, that the total of the attached Final Statement, namely
(the total value of the Final Statement), represents the full and final settlement of
all moneys due to us under or in connection with the Contract. This discharge
shall only become effective when we have received the Performance Security and
the outstanding balance of this total of the attached Final Statement.
