Dear Sir,
Thank you for your interest in Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates. As a registered member of IRS
under the FATCA compliance act, PBL as a financial institution will have to report on all the accounts of
US Based account holders and the transactions that they perform through these accounts. The
objective of FATCA is the reporting of foreign financial assets. The report has to be provided through a
secure managed file transfer service called International Data Exchange Service (IDES) that is
available to all financial institutions and HCTAs for FATCA reporting.
The purpose of the certificate is to send the report through a secured channel of IDES. As per your

Certificate Renewal

SSL Certificates are extendible on a year-to-year basis with a

renewal fee.

Bid Validity

Prices will be honored for 60 (sixty) days.

Currency

The prices are quoted in BDT and subject to change depending

on the value of US Dollar against BDT.

Payment terms

1. No Security deposit or additional charges can be imposed

outside this offer.
2. All prices must be paid with the issuance of order through
account payee Cheque to Software Shop Limited.

Delivery Time

Two Weeks (post-verification)

Installation

Will be done by the IT team of Bank.
