Supplemental nutrition program that


provides supplemental foods, health care
referrals, and nutrition education

Provides health care to women no matter


race, ethnicity, income, marital status or
residence.

Available to:

Offers:

o Women during pregnancy and up to


6 weeks after birth
o Women who are postpartum and up
to 6 months after birth
o Breastfeeding women until the
infants 1st birthday

*Application must be filled out in order to
be considered/accepted into the program,
can be done at WIC clinic in the area
