Reflection:
Advantages, I but all the students in control. I manage the class by putting some
rules. I tell my intrusions before I begin the lesson. I start with weak students
then I go to the perfect students.
But the are some disadvantages like I should break one activity into small steps
to let the students focus with me. Also, the activities was long.

Review some parts of speech (Noun, verb, adjective, and adverb) and how to make a sentence using each of
them.
My Aim: (what am I trying to do better in my teaching?)
Use different activities that fit all class levels.
Use different ways to manage the class.
Teaching goal: (refer to ADEC documents)
The overall aim of the lesson is to assess the students to know more about pats of speech and disperse different
kind of pats of speech from each others.

Learning objectives (Students will be able to/WALT):


Explain different kinds of parts of speech.
Choose different parts of speech to make sentences.
Write four sentences about the meaning of each one.
Assumptions about prior learning
They forget the meaning of parts of speech.
They dont know the difference between each one.
Possible problems and solutions
-

Some learners will not understand the meaning of some types of parts of speech, I will pring some flash card the
describe the meaning and let the students act the discrebtion.
Some learners will have difficulty topic up some words of parts of speech, I will do like a conversation between
me and one students by asking him tell me some words are noun?

Instructions: First of all, I will say today we have a new class


rule that if you participate with me I will put next to your
name two read points and if you disturb the class I will put
for you a black point. After that, I will say today we will do
different activity about parts of speech Ice Crme, I will
show them me example to start working. Then, If you finish
this activity you will take a work sheet to do it.

Steps for the activity:


1. I will ask the students two questions, the first question is (Who can remember me what
are the different kinds of parts of speech?) The second question is (Who can tell me
what is the difference between a noun and a verb? )
2. I will put for each student in their tables printed papers of parts of speech Ice crme and
one cartoon paper.
3. I will show my example of parts of speech Ice Crme to the students.
4. Students will write different parts of speech in each scoop.
5. Students will write in the plate a sentence using the words that are in the scoops.
6. Students will color the scoops and the plate and cut them.
7. Students will stick what they color and cut on the cartoon paper using glue to get the
Ice Crme shape.
8. Then, students will color the spoon and write their names on it.
9. When students finishes form this activity, I will give them a work sheet to do it.
