The lesson is the fourth lesson in in parts of speech unit what is adverb?
My Aim: (what am I trying to do better in my teaching?)

Have ability to manage the students in the class.

Teaching goal: (refer to ADEC documents)


The overall aim of the lesson is to asses students to know about adverbs and disperse adverbs from other parts
of speech.

Learning objectives (Students will be able to/WALT):

Discuss what adverb means.


Discriminate adverbs from other parts of speech.
Select the adverbs to the suitable sentence.

Assumptions about prior learning


They dont know what adverb means?
They dont have knowledge what is the different between adverbs and other parts of speech.
Possible problems and solutions
Some leaners will not understand what is adverb, so I can act with one student and say a sentence to let the
learners understand.
Some learners cant discriminate adverbs, I can put a video that provide more examples.

Instructions: In the beginning, today we will learn about


different kind of parts of speech. Then I will say for the
learners I will give each student a paper about the song.
Then I will sing the song alone. After that you should sing
with me. Then we will discuss about the meaning. Finally I
will put some examples in the bored about adverbs.

Questions: This question before we start the activity, We


have different kinds of parts of speech, who can mention
them for me?
After we finish sinning I will ask them this question, who can
guess from the song what adverb means?
