Manage multiple research studies ongoing at the same time working with MDs running
project, RNs working with me doing the recruiting and collecting of data.
Processing specimens, maintaining confidentiality of patients identities and
participation in project.
Maintaining all data to be completely correct due to the fact that any error can cause a
false result in the research.

Manage day to day office flow of patient care and providers schedules to keep their
appointments on schedule as to not have them run behind and inconvenience patients
as well as staff.
Manage all back office procedures, MAs, all necessary tasks to be completed, daily,
hourly and weekly.
Considering all actions and reactions of staff towards each other as well as providers,
assuring all maintain professional decorum at all times.
Attended multiple meetings in regards to the health and well-being of the practice,
most importantly patients and its many offices, with all supervisors, managers, and

medication, and insulin administration teaching.
Worked with wounded warriors assisting them within the military and within the community
to improve their quality of life and assisted in any way the community could offer assistance
in any form needed.
Worked with many PTSD patients and assisted them with any possible need from more
medical care to assist dogs for re-acclimating to life after their experiences abroad in
wartime situations. .
