EVALUATION
Give yourself one point for 1 or 2 in responses to statements:
1, 2, 6, 8, 10, 11, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23 and 24;
and one point for 4 or 5 in response to the statements:
3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 25.
TOTAL POINTS: ___24________
21 to 25 You have great entrepreneurial potential. With such potential, its surprising you
havent gone into business already.
16 to 20 This result shows you have definite entrepreneurial potential. However, your
success in business could depend on the abilities you show and the resources you have
available.
11 to 15 This result puts you in an intermediate zone. You are probably capable of going
into business, but you would have to put a lot of effort and perseverance into it. Outside
help and follow-up in the form of advice and encouragement would be an asset to you.
Some adjustment might also be necessary.
6 to 10 Your entrepreneurial potential seems fairly weak. You would certainly have to
reconsider some of your opinions, attitudes and behavior patterns.
1 to 5 Be realistic. It would probably be difficult for you to evolve into the business
world at present. You should become seriously informed about the restraints and demands
of the entrepreneurs career.

Total Score: Section A + Section B = ____70__________
After you consult your score below, give it to your closest friends or family members and ask
them to complete the assessment based on what they believe to be true about YOU. Tell them
clearly that you would appreciate their honest answers, because your goal is to understand how
others perceive you.
Note of caution:
Promise yourself not to get angry if you dont like your respondents answers. Never challenge
your friends (or family members) about the views expressed in this assessment. They are doing
you a big favour, and this is not the time to criticize them. Remember, you asked for their
honesty, so appreciate it. Cherish their views, as they are a valuable compass for how others
view your personality.
If your test score is:
0-99: Your communication skills need serious and urgent attention, as they may be one of your
biggest stumbling blocks in personal and/or professional relationships. It is likely that you have
hurt others in the past without even noticing. You may be good with facts and/or data, but
understanding others is not your forte. Perhaps it is not your focus.
The challenge is to develop your emotional communication skills. While those skills may not
appear important at first glance, they are critical for your well-being as well as your personal and
professional fullfilment. Some of the negative experiences you have had in the past may be a
reflection of the awkward manner in which you connect to others. I highly recommend hiring a
coach to help you on this journey. If this is outside of your comfort zone at the moment, I
suggest that you at least read some books on how to establish rapport with people.
100-149: Your communication skills are satisfactory. Sometimes it is a pleasure being around
you, but this is not always the case. You have some basic understanding of human
communication and its tacit conventions. However, you seem to be too focused on yourself to
fully realize the needs of others and to comprehend how your words may affect their behaviour.
I recommend hiring a coach to help you learn more about your personality, specifically your
behavioural triggers, needs, wants, and especially the way in which you relate to people. This is
a critical precondition for giving others the best of you.
150-179: Your genuine concern for peoples well-being and your ability to empathise with their
problems is what makes you special to them. You have the potential to become an outstanding
communicator with a little bit of motivation, commitment and guidance. If you decide to hire a
coach, youll benefit from developing your natural talents further. It would be a tremendous loss
not to use your gifts to your full benefit. Concentrate on where you want to go, not where you
are anchored.
180-200: Congratulations! You are a top-notch communicator. You appear to understand
peoples needs well, and you are a natural pleaser in a social environment. It is easy to connect
to you because you know how to make others feel good about themselves. You are flexible,
open-minded, and a joy to be around. Keep nurturing your communication skills, as they are
possibly your strongest assets. Give me a call and start changing your future!

Give yourself one point for 1 or 2 in responses to statements:
1, 2, 6, 8, 10, 11, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23 and 24;
and one point for 4 or 5 in response to the statements:

One of the best indicators of your interests is how you choose to spend your time. List the clubs
and groups you participated or you belong. Dont forget the causes and community groups you
volunteered your time to assist. Be sure to list the name of the organization, committee roles,
and leadership positions you held.
Sports club
How did you benefit from your involvement in these clubs and organizations and what did you
learn about yourself?
Because of my interest, I learned myself to do what I want because someday it would
be my fashion
The time and energy you devote to your hobbies and other leisure pursuits can reveal a great
deal about your interests. How you spend your unstructured, free time is one of the best
indicators of your interests and values. In the section below, list your hobbies and other leisure
pursuits.
Cooking
Reading
Playing games
While your hobbies reveal much about activities you enjoy, you may not want to incorporate
them in your work. For example, you may love to cook and entertain, yet reject the idea of
working as a chef or caterer for other reasons (e.g. the irregular hours would interfere with
raising a family). Refer to your list above and place a check next to those activities you want to
retain only as hobbies. Then, circle the activities you may want to include in your future career.
Places you enjoy visiting (e.g., foreign countries, large cities, ranches) can reflect your interests.
List below places you have traveled. What are the similarities or commonalities you notice about
the places you have visited (e.g., all are small towns, all have water close by, all have areas to
go hiking)?
Churches in Ilocos
Your interests throughout your life influence your future career choices. Keeping your interests
in mind, write your response to the following questions. If you never had to work again and you
could do whatever you wanted all day long, how would you spend your time? Would you work?
Go to school? Volunteer? Travel the world? Or just hang out with friends? What else would you
do?
I would choose to work and earn money for my future
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be? Even if you cannot name the
occupation, describe in as much detail as you can what you would be doing in a typical day
(e.g., work activities, environment, types of people)
If I could have any job in the world, it would be working in office with many paper
works and employees would love to cooperate in working and have a good looking
and safe environment

8. What are your top 5 weaknesses? Make a list.
Top 1: Fear of losing my family
Top 2: Being too sensitive
Top 3: Impatient
Top 4: Shy
Top 5: Not good in arts
9. For each of the weaknesses, is there a way you can improve upon them?
Yes because not all the time you could be weak as you are, you should change
because it is your way to be better.
