Equipment: soccer balls


Description:
1. 4 groups of 4 in each area.
2. In Areas 1 & 3, Students get a
partner and practice looking at their
target and passing to their partners
foot. Head up and following through
with their foot. Start closer together
every 5 consecutive passes take 2
steps back. After 20 consecutive
passes will we form a group of 4.
Students will then get in a square,
they will make a pass and then run
to where the pass was received.
3. In Areas 2 & 4, Students practice
receiving a pass then shooting
towards a Net. Students will start at
a cone and then move down the
court passing back and forth and
then finally taking a shot on net.
After 5 successful trips and a shot
net will be put on their sides to
make it a smaller target
4. After 5-7 minutes Groups will
switch courts and practice the
different exercise. Areas 1 & 3
switch to the opposite court and
move to Areas 2 & 4.
