On the subject properties, it is disclosed that the Two (2) Subdivision

Units located at Phase 4, Immanuel Subdivision, Upper Pangi, Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay Province are under his name, however, the
Certificate of Titles are with the PAG-IBIG and TOP MARS as the
developer;
- MAILA VALDEZ CRISOLOGO, the subjects live-in partner sold her
prime property (LOT) located at Purok Malipayon, Ipil, Zamboanga
Sibugay Province amounting to P7 million;
- They have a small business selling Purified Water, Cellphone Loads,
Refreshments and Snacks located besides their resident inside the
subdivision and owned a brandnew car (Avanza) and Yamaha
Motorcycle (NB: The ownership of which is subject for verification; and
- Subject personnel only son is residing at Dipolog City and studying in a
private tertiary school.
WRITTERS COMMENT:
The subject personnels property is subject for validation if he declared
it in the SALN since no Xerox copy was furnished to my end.
