That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00), Philippine currency, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged, I hereby sell, transfer, and convey to ARACELGINIA E OJEDA of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Purdue Street, Celdran Village, Iligan City, Philippines, her heirs, successors, and assigns, the above-described property together with all the improvements found therein. That I, ARACELGINIA E OJEDA whose age and other personal circumstances are mentioned in the next preceding paragraph, do hereby accept this deed of absolute sale and agree to all the conditions provided therein.
