10 THINGS LIST: RELIGION

1 Not everyone has freedom of religion:

Some people do not have any associations with relations. Therefore, their lifestyle does not
remotely revolve around it. Some women choose to be on birth control because they want to
eliminate the chances of getting pregnant. Some people are against this, because they believe all
children deserve a chance and that God created children to be born after intercourse. The
people who use birth control are not being able to express their freedom of religion due to rallies
about the ones who think it is not okay, even though the US constitution states freedom of
religion. It has gotten to the extent to even the Supreme Court is putting their two cents in.

2Many religions not all can be true.

There are a lot of people. There are a lot of countries. There are a lot of ways of thinking, but
there is only on mankind on earth. Many religions divide the who world into many pieces. There
is no way that all agree because they all have the different beliefs. Some contradict others and
others contradict others, and so on. Take for example Buddhism, they have a god, than
Hinduism, they have a good, than Christianity, they have a god, and so many other religions that
clearly they dont match. All of this divides humans and it's no peace.

3The Muslim ethnic group is a primary target in terms of being terrorist, which is an unfortunate
stereotype, especially in America.
However there are some organizations joining together to protect Muslim women in
particular so that they are allowed to practice their religion by wearing a hijab in public. Some
laws still prevent them from going to certain high security places with face coverings because it
could possibly result in a terrorist assault, but they are allowed in most public places in the U.S.
Here are some of the laws that protect them:.

4Religious people have the tendencies to perform specific judgement upon other people,
especially ones different from them:
Right now, there is a war regarding the judgement groups receive from other
religious groups. It is known to be an off-scale judgement, like I dont know you, but since you
look Muslim, there must be something wrong with you. This is the vibe that commonly comes
off. Even is a religion preaches and teaches violence, who are we to say that what they are doing
is wrong in any way?? Religions are beliefs of something afterwards. Religion is so prejudiced
today that it is stereotypes to be all judgemental.

5 Religion can hurt the lifestyle and beliefs of other people who are apart of the LGBT+
community:
Even though we have religious freedom, that doesnt stop some people from bashing other
individuals/groups for expressing theirs. The LGBT+ community continuously faces threats and
harassment from selected people in some religious organizations and religions. Even though
federal just recently recognized their rights, it is still being challenged in todays era and society.

6Brain washed to children

Some children may get religion forced upon them by their guardians. That includes children
who are unaware of all the reasons and trues as why they are proceeding the way they are
commanded. In many cases they are prohibited to question certain beliefs, and as they grow into
that mentality, many harm is made to their personal liberty and peace is quenched. Take for
example average american kid. When h stopped assisting church his parents ol him he was
baptised and there was no way other way for him to choose.

7 Hating on non believers.

Even the most kind people of religion may be forced to hold internal judgments against non
believers or label them as Evils. Think of this example: there is an eternal reward for an
elected few, and the rest will suffer infinite punishment. Would it be okay to, individually, not
hold any true love and kind relationships with most of the people around?

8 Promise of reward
Many people just follow their religion because they are working towards their rewards. They
never stop to ask if it's true or the reason to be the way they are living. Religion may hinder
human progress rather than producing ou growth. For example, for the Islamic gentlemen it is a
promise of virgins after death.. There are various religions, that for this clear reason, keep

human minds working in a closed box not letting it to grow as a human.

9.).Relative time
According to christianity we are judged over the period of a maximum of 100 years to live the
consequences of trillions and trillions of years. It is also thought that people will be granted
another chance to behave after dead. But, what matter is it to worry on this life if we are going to
receive another chance. This, would render the core theology of Christianity meaningless.
Take for example someone who lives a healthy life because they care about themselves and their
surroundings. Than on the other hand take a look at a reckless person who damages people, just
because he thinks he will get another chance. It would not be fair and it wont make sense.

10.) The illusion of love.

This problem comes with punishment. Ideally we are made to be happy and all religions focuses
on making its candidates happy. Supposedly, all members share the same love. That all members
are tied by love and ruled with love. As all of that labeled love is displayed, there is another type
of love. This other kind of love is the one when it comes to punishing people, just because it's
love imposed by the leader. Whether it is a god or several gods, they make it acceptable to

punish their way. And yes, those harsh methods of punishing become acceptable just because it
all rounds up to love. But, is it real love to take a lives away, from an individual, even if it's an
unintentional mistake? Take for example when a victim is raped. That victim is going to be
obligated to marry the aggressor. She will be tied to the aggressor until he dies. That was the rule
and many woman got affected by it since long time ago.
