Eligibility
The ICRE planning team, in its sole discretion, will determine the eligibility of any
applicant to participate at the 2016 ICRE and the suitability for display of each product
or service that such participants intend to display during the Exhibit. Note: ICRE is not
available for pharmaceutical participation.
Assignment of Booths
Application forms will be date-stamped and numbered upon receipt. Once sponsor
booth assignments have been confirmed, accepted exhibitor applicants whose fees
have been paid in full, will be contacted to select their booth. Booth selection will be
offered on a first-come, first-served basis to those exhibitors who have applied and paid
in full and will be confirmed in writing. Be advised that the floor plan may be subject
to change.
The signature of an authorized signing authority shall be binding on the Exhibitor and
shall express acceptance of all conditions of the Exhibition.

Information Package
Once the application and payment are received and booth assignment is confirmed,
an Exhibitors Kit will be sent to the identified contact. This package will include
the rules and regulations governing the Exhibit, equipment and service order forms,
as well as information regarding material handling and shipping. Exhibitors will be
responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of their requirements. A
company description, sales representative contact information and the names of
booth personnel will be requested at this time.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to ICRE c/o Taylor & Associates.
Cancellations received before February 26, 2016 will be subject to an administrative
fee of 10% of the fees paid. Cancellations received between February 26, 2016 and
May 13, 2016 will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid. Cancellations after
May 13, 2016 will not be refunded.
