in end grocery aisle. Dead cockroach observed on floor of office. Dead

dead and live cockroaches observed on a glue trap placed in a trash can.
Numerous dead mice observed throughout establishment in glue traps, snap
traps, box traps, and outside of traps. Mouse droppings observed
throughout establishment on floor behind kick plates under retail shelving,
on items stored in restrooms, on floor of backroom, on top of electrical
panels, on top of ceiling above restrooms. Heavy mouse activity observed at
animal food section including droppings, nesting material, food debris.
