Team Roles

The Leader (represent the team, organizes when/where we meet,etc.) - Halle


The Expert (Most knowledge of Kroger) - Azieb
The Strategist (forms strategies/plans for team) - Elle
The Data Analyst (analyze stats) - Alex
The Executor (implements plans) - Dylan
Research, look through Kroger data provided and/or any data found online and present it back to
the group. Interpreting data and seeing what is best fit for our ideas/solutions. Elle
Research, organizes the data and ideas into something that is a little more understandable. They
collect all our ideas and put into presentable documents. Reviews what weve talked about at
meetings prior. Consistency throughout all documents (google docs). Takes the data and creates
graphs and other deliverables. Dylan
Research, uses the graphs and other deliverables created based on the data and makes sure that
theyre visually appealing. Makes sure presentations and paper follow all guidelines given for the
BQ project. Puts finishing touches on all final products. Creates PowerPoint template, paper
template, or any creative/visual medium in general. Azieb
Research, observes all the data and is able to verbalize the groups knowledge and accurately
explain what our solution is, how it works, in a simplified manner. Makes sense of everything
also make sure all of our ideas/solutions flow well together. Alex
Research, the communicator, sending emails, creating task lists for each group member each
week. They make sure everyone stays on track and meets all deadlines. Also available to help
anyone that needs help. Halle
