Assignment Preparation Guidelines

Save the zipped test export file I have sent to you as attachment on your computer.
Log onto Blackboard.
Click Courses and select your e-learning course.
From the Course Menu, go to the Course Tools section.
Access Tests, Surveys, and Pools' and open 'Tests.

6. The "Test Import' page opens.

7. Click 'Browse My Computer' and go to the destination folder where you have saved the
zipped file, attach it and press 'Submit'

8. Now, Test Import Complete.

9. From the Course Menu, click 'Activities and Assignments' so that you can go to the
'Activities and Assignments' page.

10. From the contextual menu for 'Assessments', select 'Test' and you will be directed to the
'Create Test' Page.

11. Add an Existing Test, select 'Assignment Three and press 'Submit'.

12. The Test Options page opens.

13. Tick Show Instructions to students before they begin the test.

14. Regarding the Test Availability options, I would like you to do the following:
- Make the link available: Yes
- Do NOT tick Multiple Attempts.
- Tick Force Completion.
- Set Timer: 60 minutes.
- Auto-Submit: On.

15. Click Add User or Group, select all users and submit.

16. Set the due date to November 29, 2016, 11:00 PM.

17. Tick Do not allow students to start the Test if the due date has passed.
18. Tick Include this Test in Grade Center score calculations in the Self-Assessment
Options.

19. Select After Attempts are graded, Score per Question, All Answers, Correct,
Submitted, and Show Incorrect Questions in the Test Results and Feedback to
Students menu.
20. Select All at Once and tick 'Randomize Questions for Test Presentation.

21. Press the Submit button and now, Assignment Three is now available.

22. You may need to Edit, so you can click on the right arrow next to Assignment Three

and choose the editing options needed.
