Philosophy of education

Education is a key to the bright future that has persons, families, cities and societies are
progressed. Education is a collective process that each one responsibility to contribute on
it. It is not just the teachers role, but the governments, parents, principals and students
themselves. Education is a right for everyone, for different students abilities whatever it
is, for each age there is an opportunity to be educated. However, RAK College is
qualifying the students' teachers to teach English, math, and science for primary students,
which are from first grade to fifth grade. As our College is working massively to make
professional teachers have the capacity to meet international curriculum standards and
achieve the requirements in teaching journey. Also, HCT has an active process system in
education as it concentrates on particular teachers needs such as learning course about
managements principles, young students psychology, teaching theories class, language
acquisition course etc. Those courses have a remarkable contribution on teachers
comprehension of this field.

Moreover, one of the best points in our education process is that our HCT sends us to
schools regularly in each semester for five weeks to teaching practice. Thus, I went to
several schools during my last two years that endeavored hardly to develop me as a
teacher. I believe in the theory that says (learning occurs by doing) so my trips were
tutored and beneficial to let me acquire the core competencies in teaching. So after we
graduate, we have four years of real experience from our training trips.
The most important that I would like it is that to be a patient teacher and change my
students misbehavior by being a pacemaker. As well teach my students perfectly and

effect on them positively without focusing a lot on punishments, because I believe that
the rewards, praising and be a good example for them is the most efficient methods to
have gorgeous students.

Before I thought the teaching is all about enter the classes and teach the lessons, then go
out. But now, I realize the teachers responsibility. A teacher has to know her students
and how they are thinking, that will help her to teach them. As she has to care about
pupils needs by understanding their life cases, because all that students required are who
cares, embraces, nurtures, appreciates and cultivates. The teacher is not just teaching a
book, but she is kindliness for the students. She is the essential way to having
generations awareness.

I hope to be an unique teacher that who works hardly to educate her societys students,
and be the one who shares on this country development. Teachers are one of the
important elements that must to serve this valuable country and enhance it.
