The TFT is held for two days. The speakers for TFT Day 1 are from OCP and Fast Track Community Bandung. OCP
explains about the project in brief, explaining all about what we are going to do in the project, and update
timeline project. Fast Track Community Bandung explains about how to teach children and how to do story
telling.

Strengths
The EP and buddy got along well in this activity. The presentation quite interesting for the audience.

Critics and Suggestion

Critics:
The AIESEC LC Bandung Office were so mess at that day; dirty clothes around, garbage of food wraps
everywhere, and unfolded travel bed as well. Although we are already preparing time before the TFT to clean the
office, but we hope AIESECers could keep the office neat for next.

Interns visit two orphanage in Bandung (Ciumbeleuit and Tunas Harapan) for the first time to know how the
condition of orphanages in Bandung is and to show them what problem that this city has, regarding the
orphanage children. The purpose of this activity is to increase Interns awareness about what they can do to
raise the children dream, by showing them the condition of the orphanage, and the children itself.

Weaknesses
During the visit some EP didnt try to converse with the kids, also the kids still shy.

Strengths
The EP got along well in the second and the next days of the project in there.
The foster houses are fully support on controlling the children and providing EP good place for teaching.
EP preparing some souvenirs from their country to give the brave and active children reward, and by then some
kids attracted to speak up more with EPs.

Weaknesses
This event actually are open to AIESECers who want to join because the topic of TFT is quite interesting, but the
late of poster and announcement release makes nobody join this TFT instead of EPs, buddies, and OCs from our
project.

Strengths
The speaker story about unusually children are awesome. Audience paid much attention to this TFT.

Suggestion :
For the next event the poster and announcement release should be earlier.

This activity is a welcoming session for EPs and buddies in the Impacting Bandung Project. We have a sharing
and bonding session, give an explanation about job description for every single person in this project, and
explain the project timeline more detail. Also OC Team give some souvenirs (10 pieces of AIESEC goodie bag, 5
pieces of pen, 16 pieces of AIESEC T-shirt, 1 meal box, and 1 bottle) to the EPs for the childrens reward on
education session. Also give the education tools like drawing paper and crayon.

The fundraising activity taking a long time until the flowers sold out.
EPs arrive to the host family home late night.

Strengths
The EPs enjoying so much about this activity because this is their first experience, they thank for the OC team for
tonight.
Weve got 325k rupiah.

During this campaign/fundraising activity we met some people that interested to our project and want to
become our in-kind/financial partner.

Critics and Suggestion

Suggestion :
Find another crowded and potential place for next fundraising.
Sell another things instead flowers.

The big number of children compare than us make us cant control them effectively, although we already divide
it into a small group

Suggestion :
For the next education, we should prepare the presence list of children who join this session, so that were able
to know how many they are and monitor them. The different of children activity in this foster house makes us
cant predict about how many of them can join every single education day.

The fundraising taking a long time before the flowers sold out
At first we planned to sell flowers in cihampelas street, but then we found out that ciwalk mall was more
potential . So we sell flowers in ciwalk mall secretly, trying to avoid the security.

We got much amount of money in the second fundraising
During this campaign/fundraising activity we met some people that interested to our project and want to

Event Description
Global Village Is the activity where interns, intern buddies, and children collaborate to perform something, In
this case they perform angklung and playing two songs (Tokecang and I have a Dream). The point of this main
charity event is to make a good bonding between them, and to raise the awareness of Bandung citizen about
those unfortunate children. ImpACTing Indonesia has stand in this Global Village, so we also sell 30 pieces of
flowers and raise 100k rupiahs.
And then we have a great farewell dinner together then make some memory letter for everyone to make
everyone remember about many things they have been through during the project. Then hear many EPs
comment about the project and story telling their live in Bandung, also about what they have learned in here.
Then in the end of the story telling, we take many photos for farewell.

We visit the two foster house again to say goodbye and give 10 pieces of travel bed, 120 packages of stationary,
and 25 Indonesian traditional games (permainan ular tangga).
And then we have lunch together in the Mujigae Restaurant Ciwalk then make some memory letter for
everyone to make everyone remember about many things they have been through during the project. Then
hear many EPs comment about the project and story telling their live in Bandung, also about what they have
learned in here. Then in the end of the story telling, OCP give them the certificate and take many photos for
farewell. After that we hang out to the Ciwalk mall and then have dinner in the Surabi Setiabudi Restaurant

EPs, intern buddies, and most of our partner do very cooperate and really help, but there is one problem
occurred that is Panti Asuhan Tunas Harapan have another activity without telling at the first time joining the
project preparation so we suddenly lose 1 learning partner in the middle of project.
