Adventuro is a sole proprietorship in XYZ name. It is licensed for business throughout the city
of XYZ

Management Summary
. will act as the General Manager. However, Adventuro is a small organization and
its employees will share in management duties and decision making. It will be important
for each member of the team to be capable in all aspects of the business. Prerequisites for
all Adventuro employees include at least 1 years travel industry experience, knowledge
and ability in the types of activities Adventuro will promote.
Organizational Structure
Adventuro will begin operations with 4 full-time positions. The positions are as follows.
General Manager: XYZ, age 30, M.B.A. Marketing Management, University of ITM.
Background- XYZ has 5 years experience in the travel industry, including 1 years
experience as manager of the Transworld travel agency. As manager at Transworld, XYZ
increased revenues by $1.5 million and established the adventure travel division which, in
its first 18 months, generated an additional $400,00 in revenues. His background in
adventure sports includes participation in many other adventure and organized sports
such as snowboarding, beach volleyball, and track and field.
Authority of principle- Meeting with sales manager as well as all other managers , assure
Marketing and Sales manager: Jordan, age 25, M.B.A C, XYZ University.
Background-Jordan spent five years as an adventure travel and freelance writer and has
been a marketing consultant specializing in adventure sports for the past three years.
Jordan has an extensive mountaineering background and has summited three 8,000 meter
peaks, including Everest. In addition to mountaineering, Jordan is an avid climber and has
skied since the age of 12.
Authority of principle- Marketing manager accountable for reaserch and develop various
advertising structure to attract target people , analysis of feedback and provided services.
Background -Sue has eight years experience as a travel counselor. She is an avid cyclist,
runner, and kayaker. In addition, Sue has traveled extensively and has first-hand
knowledge of many of the destinations our clients wish to reach.
Authority of principle- Accountable for sound relation with all stakeholders , assisting
team for new technology and structuring whole travel process.

The personnel plan depicts Adventuros anticipated head count for the startup year.
The following table provides more detailed information. Adventuro does not
anticipate the need to significantly increase personnel in the first 2-3 years.

Training
In-house training shall be continuous so that we are continuously up-to-date
in meeting customer requirements. With time we also intend to undertake
regular external training particularly following any new developments in the
market. This will ensure we are implementing the latest techniques and
aware of customers expectations. By setting our standards against industry
benchmarks we will be able to ensure a regular flow of customers as they are
continually referred to us.
Internal training will not only include service and technical aspects, but also
expand to give much greater knowledge of customers, market trends,
services, new technology aids, time management amongst other such
variables. Marketing sessions in particular will be a regular occurrence, as
this will ensure that our personnel continuously portray a positive image of
the business, assisting in bringing in more business.
