This call letter for written test is provisional and you are eligible to attend the written test ONLY if you satisfy the following conditions.
i) You were born on or after 01.10.1986 (relaxed by 5 years for SC/STcandidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons
with Disability). Age relaxation to Ex-servicemen will be as per Government Guidelines.
ii) You should have passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology (Full Time course) in First Class with 60% marks from a
Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE (BOTH FIRST CLASS & 60% MARKS COMPULSORY). (60% marks is relaxed to 50%
for SC/ST/PWD candidates). Candidates having Diploma in any other subject other than Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering/Technology or any other equivalent Diploma are not eligible for consideration.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED FOR ATTENDING THE WRITTEN TEST:

1. Duly filled and photo affixed (same photograph used in the online application form) IDENTITY-CUM-ADMIT CARD (format
given below and printout should be taken in A-4 size paper).
2. A photocopy of valid Photo Identity proof (viz., PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Voters Card etc.) along with original.
3. Print of PDF Application Form with Photograph (Same as uploaded in the online application) affixed to it.
4. Photocopies of Mark sheets of all years/semesters for the diploma in Engineering
5. Photocopy of Experience Certificate from all the Employers as stated in your online application

(NO CANDIDATE WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE WRITTEN TEST IF THEY FAIL TO PRODUCE ANY OF THE ABOVE
DOCUMENTS/FAILED TO MEET ELIGIBILITY SPECIFICATIONS. Above documents should be stapled together in the same order and
should be produced before the invigilator in the examination hall).
MOBILE PHONES, CALCULATORS, DIGITAL DIARIES, BLUE TOOTH DEVICES, SCIENTIFIC WATCHES etc. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
IN THE EXAMINATION HALL.
We will not be able to entertain any requests for changing the date and time of written test and those who are coming late for the
written test will not be allowed in the examination hall. Outstation SC/ST/PWD candidates appearing for the Written Test shall be
reimbursed Sleeper Class Train / Non-AC Bus Fare by the shortest route, on the production of original tickets and copy of caste
certificate of applicable category provided the distance is not less than 30 KMs from the venue of the written test. To avail the
reimbursement, candidates have to submit duly filled in Travel Declaration Form. Travel declaration form is available on our
corporate website www.bharatpetroleum.com>Careers>CurrentOpenings. All other candidates will have to make their own
arrangements at their own expense for attending the written test. Please quote your roll number for all future correspondence as
well as for the written test. Skill Test will be conducted on a later date which will be communicated (thru email/sms) only to those
candidates who will be shortlisted based on the performance in the written test.

Please note that this letter does not constitute an offer of employment to you with the Corporation. The mere fact that the call letter has been
issued to you does not imply that your candidature has been finally accepted by the Corporation. You may please note that, the verification of
all eligibility conditions will be done with the original documents only at the time of skill test. If at any stage, it is found that you do not satisfy
the eligibility criteria as given in our advertisement, your candidature is liable to be cancelled forthwith, with such further action as the
