As suspenses HYDRAIR II so componentes
hidropneumticos que contm leo e nitrognio. O
leo e o gs nas quatro suspenses levam o peso
bruto do caminho, exceto rodas, eixos e conjunto de
DFLRQDPHQWRQDO2VFLOLQGURVGDVXVSHQVmRWUDVHLUD
consistem de dois componentes bsicos: uma carcaa de suspenso presa carcaa do eixo traseiro, e
uma vareta de suspenso presa estrutura.
O cilindro da suspenso HYDRAIR necessita apenas de assistncia normal, quando utilizado como
unidade. Entretanto, aps serem desmontadas, estas
peas devem ser manuseadas cuidadosamente para
evitar danos s superfcies usinadas. As superfcies
so usinadas at tolerncias extremas, e precisamente ajustadas. Todas as peas devem ser totalmente limpas durante a montagem.

OBSERVAO:Os pinos de montagem da suspenso devem possuir orifcios rosqueados na extremidade interna de cada pino para utilizar as ferramentas
de remoo listadas acima. Se os pinos no possurem os orifcios necessrios, devem ser comprados
novos pinos, ou ser necessrio um retrabalho dos

2. Retire a tampa da vlvula de carga (1, Figura 3-2)
solte a porca sextavada pequena (4) na vlvula
de carga e gire trs voltas completas no sentido
anti-horrio para soltar a vedao da vlvula.
Conecte o conjunto de carga da suspenso.

13. Aplique presso ao cilindro utilizando a bomba manual
(no exibida).
14. Quando o cilindro atingir o final de seu curso, retire
um dos adaptadores do cilindro e conecte o adaptador
diretamente ferramenta de remoo do pino. Isto
necessrio para puxar o pino a distncia restante.
15. Retire o pino da montagem inferior.
16. Instale a ferramenta nos pinos superiores e repita o
processo de remoo dos pinos. (Se o pino no possuir
os furos de sacador necessrios, ser necessrio um
mtodo de remoo alternativo).

NOTA: No misture no mesmo caminho tipos de
suspenso com hastes direcionadas para cima e hastes para baixo. As duas suspenses traseiras devem
ser do mesmo tipo.

Se necessrio, substitua as luvas (9).
Instale o parafuso (7) e a arruela (8). Aperte o
parafuso (7) utilizando o torque padro.
2. Prenda a suspenso na empilhadeira e levante
at a posio. (O conjunto da suspenso deve
ser retrado o mais distante possvel entes da
instalao.)
3. Posicione o olhal superior da suspenso com seu
rolamento esfrico, entre as abas da estrutura

que os olhais de montagem superior e inferior
estejam alinhados e que os bujes de ventilao
estejam posicionados na traseira.
