Transparencia
Los aspectos signifcativos del proceso deben ser visibles para aquellos que
son responsables del resultado. La transparencia requiere que dichos

Inspeccin
Los usuarios de Scrum deben inspeccionar frecuentemente los artefactos de

Adaptacin
Si un inspector determina que uno o ms aspectos de un proceso se desvan
de lmites aceptables, y que el producto resultante no ser aceptable, el
proceso o el material que est siendo procesado deben ser ajustados. Dicho
ajuste debe realizarse cuanto antes para minimizar desviaciones mayores.
Scrum prescribe cuatro eventos formales, contenidos dentro del Sprint,
para la inspeccin y adaptacin, tal y como se describen en la seccin

Eventos de Scrum
En Scrum existen eventos predefnidos con el fn de crear regularidad y
minimizar la necesidad de reuniones no defnidas en Scrum. Todos los
eventos son bloques de tiempo (time-boxes), de tal modo que todos tienen
una duracin mxima. Una vez que comienza un Sprint, su duracin es fja y

El Sprint
El corazn de Scrum es el Sprint, es un bloque de tiempo (time-box) de un
mes o menos durante

potencialmente desplegable. Es ms conveniente si la duracin de los
Sprints es consistente a lo largo del esfuerzo de desarrollo. Cada nuevo

Cancelacin de un Sprint
Un Sprint puede ser cancelado antes de que el bloque de tiempo llegue a su
fn. Solo el Dueo de Producto tiene la autoridad para cancelar el Sprint,

Desarrollo o del Scrum Master.
Un Sprint se cancelara si el Objetivo del Sprint llega a quedar obsoleto. Esto

Incremento
