ADDENDUM: REFUNDS Grade 11

By signing the Enrolment Form, the learner and the guardians acknowledge and agree to the
following:
1 That there shall be NO REFUNDS of any tuition fees paid to Kleine Kuppe after the
commencement of the tuition programme on 06 March 2017;
2 That in the event that a learner claims a refund prior to the above-mentioned date, such
refund shall only consist of 80% of the tuition fees paid; and
3 That the learners and guardians wave any / or all rights to institute any legal or other action
against Kleine Kuppe Academic Tutorial College in respect of any tuition fees paid.

(b) Learners are required to bring along the following:

Two (2) reams (500 sheets) of A4 photocopy paper (80grams)
One (1) packet of toilet paper (10 rolls);
(c) Only fully paid up subjects shall be allowed to be registered for examinations at Kleine
Kuppe. The closing date for examination registration shall be 03 April 2017 and
(d) Tuition fee must be fully paid before a learner is allowed to attend classes in the respective
subject.
