SAP2000hasoptiontomodifysectionproperties,OnceYouGivet3andt2dimensions,softwarewillcompute
geometricalparameterslikearea,momentofinertia,torsionconstant,shearareaetc.

Youcannowspecifymodificationfactorstothisproperties.
