First Degree Users
Receptionist

Brief :
A receptionist at a small clinic of 5dermatologistreceives appointment
requests via telephone, mail and an online booking site. Some of these
requests are specific to a particular doctor and others are open for allotment.
Build a centrally accessible scheduler that would allow the doctors to view
1. Their and others schedules
2. Know who they are to see and what for
3. Ability to see the patients history if its a repeat visit

Miss. Seema is 24 yrs old girl . She works as a receptionist in Global

Dermatrology clinic. Seema have to manage many calls, e- mails
and enquiries every day. Her working hours are 10 AM to 6 PM .
She also has responsibility to give appointments to patients
according to scheduled timings of all doctors. Keeping records of
patients is also main task.

Dr. Dave is a Dermatologist who has a clinic in Global

Dermatology Clinic. He is also consulting doctor at Tata Multispeciality
Hospital.

She is a tech savy person and want to use digital medium rather
than any paper work.

He is a Vitiligo Specialist for which he have patients visiting in

repetitive manner. Dr. Dave have to allot appointments to
Vitiligo patients twice a month according to their medications.

Scenario

Urine Pot

People who are bedridden mostly use urine catheters to urinate. Otherwise one person
is always required to give them bed pan. This project mainly focuses on solving problems
faced during urination of bedridden person

Effects Of Catheter

Bed Pan

Catheter tube consist with hard calcium particles which stops the flow of urine and hurts the patient
Highly infectious (Can cause bedsores )
Very complicated for people who cant sit
Painful for people who need Enema on daily basis
Especially in females dripping of urine is highly possible
In females it increases the size of Hymen.initially the catheter tube loosens up
