My Reflection about Expected-Different

Personalities in Future Work.

I believe that all of the people have different personality , which

effects in his daily behave either with hem/her-self or with others.
Thus, those characters were studies by the sciences to have official
classification . I believe in Mooney's classification , which believed
that there are 4 types of personalities : The Playful, The Peaceful,
The Powerful, and The Precise. From my point of view that my
. character is gathering all of the 4
I found myself The Playful, Funny at some time , because I believe
that any work needs some flexibility to be done , and to be
.interpersonal throw interacting with surrounded by people
I think that I am a The Peaceful: Because I am having patient
and I am smooth in going ,also I preferred team working. Which
.any teacher need to be provided with those two characters
The Powerful: As I believe that teachers need to have this personality, which presents the teachers with the priority of being
.on charge, and to be the controller of the situation
The Precise: this kind of people are organized. They like to do .their work as priory
Teachers need to do the work one by one, and to do the work in
. order to the priority
The best way to deal with different characters at workplace, we
need to understand their personalities, and then to deal with each
.one depends to Mooney's classification
