Gods Blessings:
I had an opportunity to preach at a church in Las Pinas City,
Philippines and two precious souls raised their hands desiring
to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. One was a 10 year
old boy, named Titus. Come to find out his mother and grandmother have been praying for him to get saved. The boy only
speaks English (odd for the Philippines). My wife mentioned to
me that while I was preaching she distinctly heard more English than normal (since I would normally preach in Tagalog
mixed with a little English). GOD is GOOD. He knows the
need of every heart! The other person, was a lady named Tess.
Please pray for them to grow in the Lord, and that they would
attach themselves to the church in Las Pinas.
Special Challenges:
What would ministry be without challenges? Nothing. HA!
These past few weeks have been extremely challenging in trying to apply for a tax-exemption on my cargo. Many trips have
been made to various bureaus. My cargo is literally boxes of
Bibles, Sunday School Materials, John Romans, etc.

6. It was a blessing to hear the words of encouragement which

came from the Department of Finance Bureau worker in regards to my tax-exempt application. You can do this; I will be
here to help you. It takes so much time and energy to go back
and forth without a vehicle (taking various public transportation not only dealing with traffic but also with business hours,
and tons of paper work). But it was God who put those words
in her mouth, and moved her heart. I am excited for the future
prospects of flooding the many barangays or villages or districts with the Bible and Gospel literature.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
1. Pray for the release of my cargo with a tax-exemption.
2. Pray for God to open up a meeting place for our missions
work in Taguig City, particularly in Barangay Ususan or
Tuktukan.
3. Pray for Gods wisdom and strength in dealing with lost
souls. I have witnessed to folks like Pedro (another taxi driver)
and he was a cheerful man and seemed ready to receive the
Lord, but he wasnt ready to turn from the false teaching of
trusting in Mary for salvation. Pray that I will have another
opportunity to see him and work with him again.
