Ghadzali G Datu Ramos,BFP, FO1 Jobomer C Buscato,BFP,
together conducted a halfday lecture and practical exercises to the
Barangay Tanods of different Barangays in Talitay and Datu Anggal
Midtimbang at Pagana Kutawato, Cotabato City dated 26 March 2016.
3. Further, The said lecture and exercises aimed to enhance the skills of
Barangay Tanods as Peacekeepers and Disaster First Responders also
to improve the skills and competencies of the participants in the
performance of their mandated tasks as first responders during
calamities and emergency purposes. The lectures and exercises
covered Fire Suppression, Earthquake Drill, Types of Carries, First Aid,
Medical First Responder and others that are relevant to the Duties
and Functions of Barangay Tanods as First Responder. It is noteworthy
to mention, that the BFP-ARMM Personnel energetically lectured their
piece and harbored enthusiasm from the participants and garnered
their attention and interest.
4. Lastly, no untoward incident happened during the said activity.
Attached herewith are the pictures of the said activity for your
references.

The EMRS Team conducted lecture to the ninety seven (97) participants
from Basilan province at Brgy Semba DOS, Maguindanao dated 13 March
2016.

The EMRS Team and Sultan Kudarat Central Fire Station personnel
showed their skills in hose throwing. Afterwards, the participants actively
participated in the activity.

The EMRS Team and Sultan Kudarat Central Fire Station personnel
assisted the participants in the fire drill activity.
