The above listed subject was issued three Uniform Traffic Tickets
for the above listed offenses, after patrol observed a vehicle
traveling on Pierrepont Ave that was failing to keep to the right.
Patrol initiated a traffic stop and further investigation revealed
that Sanford was intoxicated. Sanford was taken into custody
and was processed at the Potsdam Police Department. He was
released on traffic tickets and his BAC was a .21%.
