BELL PEPPERZ RESTAURANT


1. Responsibility: We are responsible for all our stakeholders. We are responsible to our
customers who come and dine at our restaurant. We are responsible to our employees who
work for us day and night. We are responsible to our suppliers who provide us with all the
materials required for running the restaurant. We are responsible to our community and
country and thus comply with rules and fulfill tax obligations.
2. Adequate Profit: Business must make a sound profit. We must strive to reduce our costs
thus ensuring good profits without compromising on quality. We must also focus on
enhancing our customer base to ensure greater sales in future. Reserves must be created to
face adverse situations.
3. Quality: We aspire to exceed the customers expectations by providing them food of highest
quality and servicing their orders properly. By this we wish to make our restaurant a happy
place for our customers so that they visit it again.
4. Justified Price: We must strive to charge reasonable prices for our items and ensuring the
required margin of profit. Prices must be justified in the sense that it must provide product of
highest quality and ensuring that customer derives complete value for the money spent.
5. Hygiene: We must maintain neat, clean and organized restaurant in accordance to required
standards and ensure good working condition for our employees.
6. Timeliness: Our restaurant will have the policy of timely delivery of orders and there will
be no unnecessary delay on our part. The food delivered will be of same quality as if
customer were dining in the restaurant.
7. No smoking: Since smoking in public place is banned according to the laws of the country,
so in compliance to these laws, we strongly discourage smoking at our restaurant premises
and hence promoting consciousness for ones health.
8. Healthy & Fresh: We will serve healthy and fresh food in our restaurant and will use only
that grocery which is kept in safe refrigeration. We will not serve food prepared many days
before to protect the health and well being of our customers.
9. Fair compensation: The most important resource for our business is our employees. We
must provide them with fair compensation and favorable work environment. We must not
exploit any worker by means of paying fewer amounts or making him work for more than
the stipulated hours.
10. No Food Wastage: We will not do any food wastage and will try to adopt just in time
operations. In some cases if food will be left then it will be distributed among
underprivileged.

11. Transparent Billing: Our restaurant will not levy any unnecessary taxes or charges on our
customers which will be unjust for them. We will adopt legal policy on taxes and charge
only that part which will is compulsory to be paid by us to the government.
12. Legal and Tax Compliance: In order to start a business in food and beverage industry
(Restaurant), the laws of India necessitates a wide range of licenses to be obtained like
Food Business Operator License, Shop & Establishment License etc. It also requires
registration for VAT and Service Tax. We must fulfill all these necessary requirements and
tax obligations on time and in proper manner.
13. Ambience: The atmosphere of our restaurant will be lively and it will be serving people
from of all ages and there will be environment of having a fine dining experience with
family and the adequate manners will be followed by serving staff and greeting and
welcoming each customer will be our first priority.
14. Location: Restaurants must be situated at prime locations which would help us in reaching
maximum number of people. We must ensure that restaurants are at convenient location so
that it is easier for the customers to reach.
15. Separate kitchens: Our restaurant will have separate kitchens for vegetarian and nonvegetarians cuisines and all the equipments used in both the kitchens will be separate and
there will be no problem on part of vegetarian people in regard to separation from Non- Veg
food.
16. Suggestions: Our restaurant will always invite suggestions from customers regarding taste
and quality of food served. Suggestions will be invited in the form of feedback which will
be filled by the customers at the end of their dining. All the feasible suggestions will be
incorporated and will try to make experience better and better.
17. Grievance handling: We will handle the grievances and complaints very seriously and try
to remove the things which will be creating problems for the customers. We will train our
staff to in how to behave with the customers and if there is any problem to any customer
relating to staff we will change the person dealing with that customer.
18. Fair dealing: We will deal fairly with our suppliers by buying at fair prices and make their
business also profitable and growing in future. We will buy raw material from them
including vegetables and fruits by ensuring best quality and paying them on adequate time
depending upon the timely arrival of our orders made to them.
19. Continuous innovation: We value innovation and thus strive to develop new and
innovative products in the field of food and beverages to be served to our customers.
Innovation not only includes development of new food items but also the methods of
presentation.

Customization: Our restaurant will also encourage customization in the form of


fulfilling special demands of customers if we can easily fulfill them. The customers will be
given option of choosing ingredients according to their taste and preferences.
