    THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL

    SUBJECT: ERRONEOUSLY MARKING OF ABSENCE IN SENT CLASS.

    I have been erroneously marked absent three times in SENT classes while I was
    absent only twice and that again in guest lectures only. I have already intimated
    PGP office regarding this but they are asking for proof.
    I am looking for the corroboration from yours side to put forward my case with
    due consideration. As being a faculty for a course you might have registered my
    class presence.
