PETITION
COMES NOW the undersigned petitioner and to this Honorable Committee
respectfully states:
1. He is Jo Vanne Trivilegio ( SINGLE), Filipino citizen, 23 years of age and
a resident of Guimbal, Iloilo;
2. He is a regular 2nd year student of the College of Law of this University;
3. During the 1st semester of school year 2015 -16, he incurred the following
grades: (5.0 grade in Property)
4. The reason that He should not be denied admission is that the petitioner
has been travelling everyday from Guimbal to Iloilo to attend classes. He had the
difficulty to go home since classes ends at 8:30 PM and if he arrives in his home
he is already tired. He had been ignoring such factor which in the long run it
really affected his performance not only in the subject he failed but all of his
classes. The petitioner considers this failing grade not as a discouragement but
as a lesson to be learned. The petitioner will live now in Iloilo and he hopes that
this will improve his grades. He promises that he will put more effort in the study
of law and improve his grades.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that he be retained as a student of the
College of Law of the University of San Agustin.
