AFFIDAVIT OF NO DISCREPANCY AND EXPLANATION
I, REYHANI REYHAN, of legal age, Iranian citizen, married to
Filipina MONALYN GAMAO PERALTA, and resident of No. 3014
Vermillion St., Camella Homes, Talon II, Las Pinas City, Metro
Manila, Philipppines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say, - concerning my
answer to the letter dated May 27, 2014 of ATTY. CRIS M.
VILLALOBOS, Acting Chief, Legal Division, Bureau of Immigration,
Manila, - that:
On January 4, 2012, I married my wife MONALYN GAMAO
PERALTA, in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya,
My true and correct birth date and place of birth as written in
my passport under passport no. U16364648 is October 6, 1985
(which is customarily written in Iran as 6/10/1985 in the
sequence of day, month and year) in Sour-Oman.
Also, in my date of birth in the police clearance that was
secured in Iran is written my date of birth in the customary
manner sequence of day, month and year as 6/10/1985 but there
appears a write-over in the 10 therein followed after my said
date of birth, by a mark of a small circular rubber stamp in
Iranian language with the word Manila made by the Iranian
Embassy in Manila in my presence after due verification
conducted by it with the Interpol Police Tehran in Iran, and that
such write-over.
The said stamp is an official mark of the Iranian Embassy in
Manila in order to authenticate whatever correction or
modification it does in the event of clerical error as was done in
my said police clearance; it is similar to the usual countersigning
being done customarily in the Philippines for such correction or
modification by the author of the document being modified,
corrected, and altered. This fact of the said circular stamp is
easily verifiable from the Iranian Embassy in Manila. I have no
participation in such alteration, if any, and there is no furnishing
to another, attempting to use, making, using any false statement,
nor forging, altering, making or furnishing to another thereof, nor
knowingly or willfully doing so, on my part.
Also, the said police clearance as corrected by the Iranian
Embassy in Manila, was the only document that was attached in

seeking authentication from, and for which, the Department of

Foreign Affairs in Manila issued its Authentication Certificate
thereto.
In addition, I am not a fugitive from justice, a convicted
person, a person who made such tampering, if any, nor servicing
a sentence, and I have no pending criminal case here in the
Philippines or elsewhere.
Furthermore, this affidavit is not intended to defraud any
creditor or agency nor to avoid any legal or judicial process, there
being no such creditor or said process against me.
Therefore, there is no alleged discrepancy in my said date of
birth written in my police clearance issued in Iran.
Moreover, I was assisted by my counsel ATTY. PABLO U.
DOMINGO, JR., with office address at 254 Alabang-Zapote Road,
Pamplona, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and who may
be contacted at tel. no. 785-58-10 and cellphone 0915-508-1509 for legal matters that I am not familiar with.
Finally, I appreciate the aforesaid Philippine immigration
letter calling my attention to the matter of the alleged alteration
in the date of birth in my said police clearance, as other
immigration offices might likewise do the same, as this gives me
the opportunity to answer and explain.
I am executing this affidavit of no discrepancy and
explanation to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all its
legal intents, effects, consequences and purposes, especially to
explain by answering the aforesaid letter of the Bureau of
Immigration of Manila, Philippines.
