SPG ELECTION NARRATIVE REPORT


Supreme Pupil Government is a school organization whose purpose is to train
the pupils to become a better citizens in the future and to develop pupils skills and
abilities in achieving quality education and academic excellence through
cooperative works among themselves in achieving their goals.
The SPG election started with filling of certificates of candidacy last February
3 7, 2014 and on February 10 13, 2014, was the campaign period. There were
two parties aiming for the position, the Alliance for Progress and the
Democratic Party. Both parties worked hard to earn favor from their co-pupils.
Campaign materials were posted on designated areas.
Out of 145 pupils from Kindergarten to Grade VI, 129 pupils actually voted
because some were following with their corresponding votes earned

After the election, votes were counted by the election committee which
comprises the chairman SPG adviser and three members. Then proclamation of
winners followed.
So far SPG election were successfully conducted where pupils are given the
chance to participate and exercise their right of suffrage during the election .
