Descrizione originale:
This study uses multibody simulation to analyze the dynamic behavior of wagons subjected to harmonic excitation. The excitation frequencies that can cause resonance in tangents and submit the wagons to the risk of derailment were identified. The excitation frequencies were obtained by varying the speed and using defined wavelength. In order to calculate the wagon natural frequencies of the model, two methods have been used the eigenvalue method and the transient method. The first is the result of free response and in the second, applied to the Fourier transform of the response of the particular solution of forced vibration equation. The wagon considered in the analysis was the most representative of the MRS (GDT) modeled computationally with 62 degrees of freedom. Therefore, simulations were done by vampire dynamic simulation software to obtain the amplitude response upon derailment safety parameters. These parameters are represented, according to the criteria of the AAR, the indicators of Y/Q, Wheel Unloading and roll angle. The results of the simulation allowed the construction of an abacus with different combinations of natural frequencies and excitation frequencies. This abacus can be used with the purpose to identify the critical situations in order to increase the competitiveness of the railway.
