Dear Parents/Carers

VISIT TO ROYAL ARMOURIES LEEDS MONDAY 3rd October

Class 5 have been given the opportunity to visit Royal Armouries in Leeds as part of our work on the
school curriculum.
The total cost of the visit is 12.50 per child which includes the entrance fee, coach fare, and
insurance. This will be subsidised by the school and we will pay 7.50, but we do have to ask for a
voluntary contribution of 5.00 towards the cost. If insufficient contributions are received we may
have to cancel the trip.
The coach will leave school at 9.00am (Please ensure your child arrives on time) and they will return to
school by approximately 3.00-3.30pm (depending on traffic!). All children will need a packed lunch (no
glass bottles or can please), and if your child is on free school meals, this will be provided by the
school.
Your child will need to wear their Fagley Primary School Uniform. Can I also ask you to make sure your
child has suitable outdoor clothing, in case of bad weather and sensible footwear?
As part of our safety policy we need to make sure we have an up to date telephone number for
each child before we go on any trips (If this is a new number please tick below so we can up
date our records). Can you please complete the form below and return to school as soon as
possible?
