Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

Being observer is a good thing because I could learn lots of things from my colleagues mistakes and
professional when they taught their lessons. She was worried a little with some comfort feeling also
she was thinking about what I will focus on. I notice that she did many things and she accepted my
feedback and what she need to improve for the next lesson. The suggestions that I asked her to apply
in her next lesson is to try to less her talk and let the focus on students activity and let them do some
experiments to learn. Yes we think that is valuable because it is necessary to assess students and
know their knowledge also to gain more skills from each others.
