AFFIDAVIT UNDERTAKING
I, EDILBERTO DUMANGON, of legal age, Filipino and resident of #22 Avocado
St., Golden Acres Subd., Las Pinas City,
after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say, - concerning the structures made of
light materials (shanties) erected on one certain parcel of land situated at Lot 26
Block 20, Avocado cor. Pakwan St., Golden Acres Subd., Las Pinas City, and covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (262251) T-48079-A, of the Registry of Deeds
for Las Pinas City, registered under the name of HERMINIA JUSTO, - that:
I have built the structure (shanties) erected on the subject parcel of land
owned by HERMINIA JUSTO, which she gave me her oral consent and permission
for me to built said shanties on the subject parcel of land.
I am applying for a water connection with Maynilad, on the subject land.
In the event, that the said owner of the subject parcel of land need the
subject property and requested me to demolish the said shanties I undertake to
demolish said structure.
I hereby release Maynilad its officers, employees and representatives free
and harmless from any and all suits of whatever kind and nature.
I am executing to attest to all of the foregoing facts, and for all its legal
intents, effects, consequences and purposes.
