To formally register and finalize your participation in this program, please settle the conference fee
payment on or before September 8, 2014 (Monday). The Regular Fee will apply after this date. You
have two payment options:
1. Check payment, payable to World Youth Alliance Asia Pacific Inc. You may drop this at
our office located at 303 Xanland Place, 323 Katipunan Ave. Loyola Heights Quezon City,
Philippines. Office hours are from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2. Bank deposit to our Banco De Oro Peso or Dollar accounts. Please find our bank details

Please inform us if you will avail of the Traders Hotel Accommodations. All other travel, lodging visa
and tax expenses before and after the conference will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
Once youve made your payment, please scan the deposit slip and email it to us at
wyaap.conference@gmail.com. To avoid confusion, dont forget to put your name and contact
number on the deposit slip. The official receipt will be given to you on the first day of the conference.
Once payment is made and the deposit slip has been confirmed by the Conference Team, delegates
will receive indication forms and additional conference reminders. For further questions or concerns,
