Knowledge and Under Five Years Old Children Mother Knowledge
With the Achievement of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) at
Work Area of Jabon Local Government Clinic of Jombang
Regency.
Infectious diseases cause most death of children. Body able to protect from
germ if the body get immunization. Because of that, government decide the
immunization program as the high priority in the health field, with
achievement target of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) of 90%.
The research aimed at knowing the relationship between cadre
knowledge and under five years old children mother knowledge at work area
of Jabong Local Government Clinic of Jombang Regency. After that, the data
were analyzed by using regression test.
The obtained results showed that the cadre knowledge of posyandu at
work area of Local Government Clinic Jabon mostly considered as good
(73.8%), and the mother knowledge mostly considered as moderate (49.6%).
The achievement of universal child immunization (UCI) at Kepatihan Village
of 64.0% and UCI for Jombatan village at the work area of Jabon local clinic
of Jombang regency was 74.6%. based on the results showed that there was
significant relationship between cadre knowledge and mother knowledge with
the achievement of universal child immunization (UCI) at the area, where the
mother knowledge bring more influence for the achievement of UCI than the
mother knowledge.
The conclusion of the research showed that the better cadre knowledge
and mother knowledge at the work area of Jabon Local Government Clinic of
Jombang Regency, the better achievement of Universal Child Immunization
(UCI). And also vice versa.

Novi. 2015. Anti Inflammatory Effect of Green Tea Ethanol Extract (Camellia
Sinensis) at Strain Winstar Rat Induced by Carrageenan
Inflammation is occurred as the response because of the damaged body
tissues. The often be used medicine to face the inflammatory condition was
NSAID that has several side effect. Because of that, it needs alternative
treatment with less side effect, that is treatment from plants, green tea
extract.
The research aimed at knowing the influence of green tea extract
(Camellia sinensis) as anti inflammatory medicine at strain winstar rat
induced by Carrageenan. The used data were from the percentage calculation
of edema inflammatory reduction of strain winstar rat induced by carrageenan
1%. Then from the Anova results showed the significant differences of
reduction percentage of edema inflammation of the rat legs at each group
(>0.05), with the best dosage as anti inflammation by increasing the edema
inflammatory reduction percentage of strain winstar rat legs of 800 mg/kg
BB. The influence of the green tea giving (Camellia sinensis) in increasing
the edema inflammatory reduction percentage at the rat legs reached 61.7%.
The conclusion of the research, the higher dosage of green tea extract
(Camellia sinensis) the higher edema inflammatory reduction percentage of
the rat legs. Then also vice versa.
