Sign Kickoff Agreement with the customer if all conditions are ready.
If the conditions are not ready for the kickoff, complete Onsite Work Liaison Form to
declare reasons for postponing the kickoff.
If the customer requires immediate kickoff, ask the customer to specify and promise the
exact time. If the project is unable to be improved or does not meet the specified
requirements, you must sign a memorandum with the customer.

Caution:
z
To protect the equipment and find out the cause, store the unpacked BTS3801C
inside the equipment room.
Take photos of the storage environment, rusted or corroded devices, and packaging
boxes and materials, and then file the photos.
After the project begins, the project supervisor and the customer must check the
shipping components and ensure that:
z
The total number of components conforms to that in the packing list attached to the
packing case.
Stop unpacking the BTS3801C and find out the cause in either of the following cases:
z
Caution:
When transporting or moving the equipment, components, or parts, you must:
z
Prevent them against collision with doors, walls, shelves, or other objects.
Avoid touching the uncoated metal surface of the equipment, components, or parts
with sweat soaked or dirty gloves.
If the outer package is in good condition, follow the following steps to unpack and
inspect the BTS3801C:
1)
Unpack the case with Packing List (a label indicating that the packing list is
included in the case), and then take out the Packing List.
2)
Check the shipped components in the case according to the Packing List.
3)
Complete the Cargo Shortage and Miscarriage Report upon any short or wrong
shipment.
4)
5)
To keep the antistatic bags dry, put desiccant in the bags to absorb moisture. After
transporting the equipment to a place with higher temperature and humidity, unpack it
30 minutes later. Otherwise, moisture condenses on the surface of the equipment, and
causes damage to it.
To unpack the carton containing the BTS3801C rack or other devices, perform the
following:
1)
Check the models and the quantity of components inside the carton according to
the carton label.
2)
3)
Cut the tapes that cover the seams on top of the carton with a knife.
To avoid damaging the equipment inside, do not apply too much force.
4)
Open the carton, and then remove the foam packing material.
To remove the foam packing material, pull it straight up.
5)
Check the number and type of components against the Packing List, and then
accept them.
