Human Reconnaissance

The Human Reconnaissance, also known as HR

was formally the private security sector of the
Pacific Corporate Union. The now defunct
organization was turned militant after the Alicore
Incursion of 2K11. The organization became a
governing body which organized survivors of the
incursion, but did not come into light or become
known until Thirds proposition, and the First and
Second HR wars.
The Human Reconnaissance was the face of
humanity during the time of the Equine Rise. In its
prime it housed several hundred thousand in the city of Gaiacon, and during its
peak around the time of the first HR war, 2.6 million.

History
Pacific Corporate Union and Occurrence of 1990

The PCU was a capitalist corporate organization

established in the late 1950s which tightly
controlled the western coast of the former
United States of America. Its headquarters were
stationed in Seattle, Washington, with
additional establishments in Los Angles,
California, and San Francisco, California

Pacific Corporate Union was directly involved with the occurrence of 1990, when an
Unidentified Object entered the Earths atmosphere over the San Gabriel Mountains.
A team, known only as Reconnaissance was dispatched secretly by the PCU
unknown to the United States government to investigate the claims by PCU owned
observatories in the area. Bodies that all but were classified as human were
discovered, with trace evidence of survivors. The prospect of first contact was
hidden from the public as PCU Reconnaissance Division was established at former
NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena. At this time, the first Director of the
Reconnaissance was assigned to PCU Board member, Howard Carson-Summers.

The Revelation
In the year of 1992, an individual known by David was apprehended by
Reconnaissance personnel, believed to fit under the category of the extraterrestrial
humans found at the crash site two years prior. Under Carson-Summers direction,
David was met with him, where he told him the truth of a larger galaxy, and more
human races that could be counted and about how they had been threatened by
their own, and his ship was the direct result of that.
David became an asset to the PCU, where he was given access to the wreckage
from the Occurrence. David theorized methods and new mathematical solutions
which allowed for FTL communication and travel, harnessing power in vast amounts,
and the prospect of an algorithm that could predict outcomes and evolve
accordingly to ensure the survival of humanity; The Enigma program. David would
continue to present new innovations to the PCU, which would lead to the result of
many forms of technology.

Project C.O.R.E
Davids most impressive feat with the PCU was the design of a large thermal planet
that could harvest thermal energy from beneath the Earths crust.

The Prediction
In the year of 2010. PCU had continued work on what was supposed to be
revolutionary program based on the findings learned from David, to exponentially
grow the rate of electronic technology. In the Pasadena facility, Davids work was
completed on the activation of the Enigma. Upon its activation, the Enigma instantly
spread itself throughout the facilities systems and into the World Wide Web. Enigma
was able to access the prototypes to Davids FTL communication network, to which
it immediately predicted that that humanity faced a major level extinction event in
the next year. Enigma reportedly did not sabotage any systems, as Reconnaissance
personnel were dispatched to deactivate it, on the account of a faulty algorithm.
