The LED drive circuit and protection circuit of CR850/CR730 model are basically same as

for curved panel LCD

Service & handling instructions for curved panel LCD

Service issue
When the service man places the front(curved)side of LCD panel on a flat surface to exchange parts,
there is a possibility that panel might be damaged. So we would like to propose the following handling
method for curved panels in service.

LCD panel replacement can only be carried out by laying the front side of curved panel on
flat surface. All other parts can be exchanged when the TV is in the standing position.
Packing idea for curved panel repair
We would like to propose using the following cushion(4000R), to protect the front panel from damage when
replacing the LCD panel. (Refer to Photo 1)

How to place the curved panel on a workbench
The method for exchanging curved panels is by arranging the cushion(4000R)bundled in the repair panel packing,
place the packing between the panel and the table to prevent the curved panel from bending.
