1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions. Entries
not completed and submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be
accepted.
2. The promotion is being conducted by Singtel. Entry is open to Singaporean residents who
are signed up as a Singtel Digital Advisor at www.singteldigitaladvisors.com.
3. Singtel Digital Advisors will be automatically entered into the contest prize draw upon
completing the following conditions. Eligible entrants acknowledge and must comply with the
following contest rules.

Entered the word contest deployed to eligible members via electronic mail
Have redeemed 40 Singtel Digital Advisors points for a $20 SGD eVoucher within the
period of entry through www.singteldigitaladvisors.com.
Each 40 points redemption will add a single (additional) entry to the sweepstake

4. Five (5) winners will be selected to win one of:

5. There will be 5 winners for this draw. The total prize pool has a retail value of $1500SGD

7. Singtel will inform winners of the prize collection via post.

8. Those who are eligible for the reward will be notified by email within three days from the
dates stipulated above. Winners names will also be displayed on the following website
www.singteldigitaladvisors.com.
9. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or kind.
11. Singtel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the draw without any prior
notice.
12. Singtel reserves the right to substitute any stated prize without prior notice.
13. The winners release Singtel from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage,
expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred
by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any
injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with
the Promoters or the prize.
14. Singtel is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries. Singtel
reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers

with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms
and conditions.
15. Singtel is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or telecommunication
systems, or any combination thereof.
16. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control
of Singtel and which prevents Singtel from complying with these Conditions of Entry, Singtel
will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and Singtel
reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition.
17. You expressly consent to Singtel collecting your personal information for the purposes of
administering the contest, including notifying the winner. Singtel may disclose the
information provided by entrants to third parties involved in the administration of the
contest, the conduct of the draw and notification of winners. If an entrant does not provide
us with the requested personal information, the entrant cannot participate in the contest.
The entrant agrees that Singtel, its employees, agents or consultants can continue to contact
you even after this contest ends. If you would like to access or correct the personal
