Fee Structure for LL.B. (Hons.) Five-Year


Integrated course
It is preferable to consult the website of every
leading law college for the revised fee structures
and latest updates regarding the payment
schedule. While every law college accepting CLAT
score has its own independent fee structure with
various components, NLU has the following sample
fee structure.

Admission Process

Step 1. Gaining Entry

CLAT 2017 Registration/Application Form


CLAT 2017 registration will be available via online
process only.
Before filling the application form, candidates
should be ready with the scanned documents of
photograph, signature, SC/ST/SAP certificate (if
applicable), and domicile certificate (if applicable).
The last date for submission of the duly filled application
form will be in the last week of March 2017 (tentative).
Do not send the application form through offline
process.

Application Fee
Candidates
from
the
UR/OBC/SAP (Specially-Abled Persons)
category have to submit Rs. 4,000/- as
application fee. SC/ST candidates have to
shell out Rs. 3,500/- only. The application
fee
can
be
deposited
either
through online or e-challan. The
application fee is non-refundable

Exam Pattern
For UG Programmes
The entrance exam will be held through online
process. It will be a computer-based test (CBT).
The medium of examination will be in English.
The question paper will be of 200 marks. Marking
Scheme: For each correct response, 1 mark will be
given to the candidate.
0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
The duration of this entrance exam will be two
hours.

For PG Programmes
The entrance exam will be held through online
process. It will be a computer-based test (CBT).
The medium of examination will be in English. The
paper will be of 2 Hours. The paper will consist of 150
MCQs.
The candidate will be awarded1 mark for each correct
answer.

There will be a provision for 0.25 negative marking for


every incorrect response.

CLAT 2017 Syllabus


Candidates should know the syllabus
of the entrance exam before
preparing for it. The syllabus of CLAT
changes every year. It includes
General Knowledge and Current
Affairs, English, Legal Aptitude,
Elementary
Mathematics
and
Constitutional Law

CLAT 2017 Admit Card


Aspirants will be able to download
the admit card through online
mode. Admit Card for CLAT
2017 will be available from the third
week of April 2017 (tentative).

CLAT 2017 Result


The CLAT 2017 Result will be announced in
the third week of May 2017 (tentative). After
the result, the merit list will be released in
the first week of June 2017 (tentative). On
the basis of merit, candidates will be called
for the admission procedure.

CLAT 2017 Counselling


The admission to UG and PG programmes in
participating universities under CLAT 2017 will be
done via centralized.
The seat will be allotted on the basis of merit-cumpreference.
After the result is out, the CLAT 2017 counseling
process will begin. The counseling schedule will start
in the first week of June 2017 (tentative). Candidates
would have to fork out Rs. 50,000/- as counseling fee
to show their serious intent in taking admission in any
of the participating NLU(s).
