General
This Addendum and/or Plan shall be read together with the terms and conditions of the Customer Agreement Form
(CAF) and terms and conditions Policy) as posted in our website at www.celcom.com.my
This Addendum and/or Plan shall applicable to all customers (Customer). Non-Malaysian and/or Expatriates shall be
subjected to a deposit of RM500.00 which will be collected upon registration.
This Addendum and/or Plan is valid from February 2012 and shall continue to be valid until further notification by
Celcom (Plan Period). Any extension thereof shall be subject to Celcoms sole discretion.
Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Plan without prior notice to
the customer and the customer agrees to be bound by such amendments.
This Addendum shall supersede and replace all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings entered between
the Customer and Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd.
Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it refers to the Celcom Registration Form.
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and/or Plan and the terms and
conditions of CAF, the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent
provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum and/or Plan.

1. Prorated Package Value (PV) and advance Package Value are charged in the customers 1st month bill if the
customers change their bill plan to the above Plan 148Commitment Plan before the due billing cycle date.
2. In the event of early termination, before the billing cycle date, the PV will be refunded based on pro-rated value.
3. In the event if the customer change on the billing cycle date, one backdated PV and one advance PV will be

charged in their 1 month bill.
4. In the event of early termination, the customers shall still be charged according to the additional voice and SMS
tariff if exceeded the pro-rated monthly fee.
5. Any additional usage will be charged according to additional Voice and SMS tariff rates as described above.
6. The Customer will be charged based on call block of 30 seconds. Call made less than 30 sec will be charged
based on 1 call block (rounding off).
7. Customer under this Plan will enjoy free Unlimited Internet Browsing. This Plan is only considered unlimited when
used domestically within Celcoms Network only. All Celcom subscribers (Customer) are bound by the terms and
conditions of Celcoms Fair Usage Policy as stated in our website at www.celcom.com.my/broadband
8. Customer will be allowed to change to any of the Data Packages. If customer wishes to downgrade from
3G/GPRS services to 2G services, customer will need to terminate this Package and re-register, subject to the
applicable terms and conditions

On Roaming the calculation of charges will be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by our roaming
partners. Please refer to www.celcom.com.my for the Data roaming rates

Value Added Services (VAS)


Customer may subscribe to any additional VAS other than those offered by Celcom under this program upon registration .
Such VAS shall be charge based on Celcomsnormal and prevailing rate.
Minimum Subscription Period
All lines registered and subscribed under this Addendum and/or Plan must remained active for a minimum of twenty four
(24) months from the date of activation (Minimum Subscription Period) In the event of early termination prior to the
Minimum Subscription Period, a compensation in lieu of penalty as stated shall be imposed and shall be reflected in
Customers next billing cycle.In the event of early termination before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, any
remaining rebate which the Customer is entitled to shall be forfeited.
Notwithstanding the above , any termination of this Addendum and/or or Plan by the Customer must be made in writing or by
terminating at Celcoms branches or call centers within seven (7) days from the date of activation provided that Customer
does not subscribe to any roaming or voice services.For Customer who has subscribed to roaming or voice services, any
outstanding amount must be settled upon termination.
Executive Pax
Free Voice Calls and Video Calls within the staff in same company shall only apply if Customer who makes the call and
party who receives the call subscribe to the same CUG ID. Free Voice Calls and Video Calls within a company shall be for
business usage only. Celcom reservedthe right to limit calls allowance under our Fair Usage Policy. The Free Voice Calls
and Video Calls within the company for Executive Pax are capped at 3,000 minutes per month per customer. After 3,000
minutes, customer will be charged 10sen per minute. Pro-rated treatment for monthly charge (if any) and free calls will apply
in 1st bill for customer who registered less than a full months billing cycle. Pro-rated treatment for monthly charge (if any)
and free calls will also apply for termination if customer disconnects the line or the service before the billing cycle.
Monthly Rebate for 10 month
Any rebate amount will be given to customer not more than total bill amount for the month. If the total bill amount is less than
total rebate amount entitled for the month, customer will only get the up to a maximum of the bill amount. Any excess
amount will not be carry forward to the following month. The monthly rebate amount can notused to of f set future bill amount
and can not be exchange for cash
Reconnection
In the event of disconnection, upon reconnection of Celcoms service, the Customer (previously under this Package) will be
reconnected into the SAME bill plan and continue to enjoy the tariff and rates offered under this Package. A RM10
reconnection fee will be imposed
Disconnection and Termination
In the event of termination of this program or the Customer Agreement Form (CAF), the customers deposit (if any) shall be
refunded on the actual amount paid less any amount due and outstanding to Celcom.
Terms and Conditions for Request of Service Migration from Prepaid to Postpaid (Service Migration)
1. Customer who migrates from Celcom Prepaid to Plan selected Enterprise Voice Plan will not be charged migration fee
of RM 50.00.
2. Service Migration is applicable to active and existing Celcom Xpax prepaid customers (Customer) only. Celcom may
in its absolute discretion be entitled toaccept or reject any request or application by the Customer for Service Migration.
3. Under this Service Migration, Customer may request for migration from Celcom Xpax Prepaid (Xpax) to selected
Enterprise Voice Plan and may simultaneously request to maintain the existing Xpax mobile number.
4. Prior to the Service Migration, Customer must acknowledge his account status as reflected on the account summary
slip issued by Celcom for any airtime balance and/or network access from the current Xpax account balance, and
termination of existing Value Added Services (VAS) (Subscription based value added services including and not limited
to SIM Card Rescue, Call Me Tones etc), as well as surrender the SIM card.
5. Any airtime balance as reflected and acknowledged by the Customer and confirmed in the account summary slip will be
transferred as credit balance in the Customers newly created selected Enterprise Voice Plan account and shall be
reflected in the bill according to the billing cycle.
6. Any disputes of the transferred credit balance will not be entertained.
7. All existing promotions including but not limited to Free Airtime Rebate, Airtime Bonus and Value Added Services
enjoyed by the Customer under Xpax will cease and will be withdrawn automatically upon the Customers agreement
and acknowledgement of the Service Migration.
8. Upon successful registration, Celcom shall be entitled to impose any fees or charges for selected Enterprise Voice Plan
in the bill.
9. Upon successful migration to the selected Enterprise Voice Plan, Customer shall not be allowed to request to terminate
and migrate to his Xpax Plan
10. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims or losses ofany nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive,
indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages as a result of service disruption and
migration suffered by the Customer.
11. The Customer hereby acknowledges that upon successful application for Service Migration, Customer will experience
service disruption in outgoing and incoming of voice and video call, Data call, SMS, MMS GRPS, 3G etc, for a minimum
period of 24 hours from the requested date of migration.

Mobile Number Portability Service
This clause shall only be applicable to customer who applies for mobile number portability service.
Upfront Payment for Corporate Employee is required upon successfully port in
