Youareanexperiencedengineerwhohasengagedclientsdirectlyinprovidinginnovativedesignsolutionsinthebuildingssector.You

performanceandclientservice.Keyunderstandingofdesignscopeandmultiplelevelsofclientdeliverablesarerequiredinorderto
deliverthenecessaryqualityandachievepro tabilitylevelsfortheorganization.
Youwillprovidemechanicalengineeringdesignserviceswithaprimaryfocusinbuildingsdesignservices.Youwilldesignfunctional
andsustainablefacilitiesthatareuserandoperator-friendlyandenhancetheoverallcommunity.Youwillhaveexperienceinmultiple
marketsectorswhichcouldincludethefollowing:educationandresearch,governmentandemergencyservices,sportandrecreation,
healthcare,commercialando cespace,andArtsandculture.Further,youwillhaveexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentandthe
preparationofproposals.

UndergraduatedegreeinMechanicalengineeringfromanaccreditedpost-secondaryinstitution
RegisteredasaProfessionalEngineerwithAPEGAorabletoberegistered
Minimum8-10yearsprogressiveexperienceinmechanicalengineeringwithintheconsultingengineeringenvironment
Pro ciencyinmechanicalanalysissoftwareandRevit
Demonstratedclientinterfacingandleadershipskills
ProjectManagementexperience
Strongwrittenandoralcommunicationskills
Excellentorganizationalskills
Committedteamplayerandexperienceindesignteammanagement
Provensuccessindevelopingwinningproposalsisanasset
