Indo-Euro Synchronization is an initiative created by a group of experienced technical and business professionals to connect
India and Europe closer together.

With our diverse and wide set of knowledge about both the Indian and European academic and business environment, our aim is
to form a technological transfer bridge between all participants. Through our activities, we strive to create a better technological
future by enabling closer collaboration and knowledge exchange between universities, companies, supporting organizations and
students from India and Europe.
We believe that three elements are required for a closer common development: Educational programs, research partnerships
and cluster collaborations.
Our educational programs are executed in partnership with leading universities, allowing Indian students and professionals to
travel to Europe. Participants gain a comprehensive insight into the local industrial situation while at the same time enhancing
their professional skills and career prospects through additional education.

Research partnerships are enabled by connecting industrial and research institutes through common events. This broadens the
scope and speed of technology transfer between all parties, allowing European and Indian companies to take advantage of each
other's unique abilities and features.

APS GmbH, headquartered in Aachen was founded in 1981


and has been awarded as the European Centre for
Mechatronics. APS has already more than 30 years of
experience in the area of robotics, sensor technology, and
information and communication technology. Developing these
technologies with experienced engineers and technicians from
various disciplines with multidisciplinary approaches, these
solutions are provided to the potential clients in cooperation
with national and international industrial partners, public
authorities and researchers. A particular concern is to support
small and medium-sized enterprises in the introduction and use
of innovative technologies. By gaining vast experience in the
field of research and development, APS plays a vital role in
providing the top in seminars in recently advanced
technologies.

Steinbeis Centre for Technology Transfer, India (SCTI) provides services in the field of R&D, Technology Development and
Technology Transfer, Outsourcing, Consulting and Executive and Industrial Training.
SCTI is a Network Centre of Steinbeis Foundation, Germany and provides an access point to the whole network of Steinbeis.
The core business of Steinbeis is to offer competitive Technology Transfer or concrete Problem Solution as opposed to
theoretical / fundamental research.
Steinbeis today spans a worldwide network dedicated to the transfer of knowledge and technology.
The Steinbeis Foundation implements technology projects both for the Government and industry. 21,000 projects totalling 110
mEUR are carried out every year with the help of over 4,000 employees (full time or appointed for special projects), including 870
professors providing solutions to problems not only in every sector of technology but also in all fields of the economy and the
design world. A steadily increasing sector of the Foundation is technology transfer on an international scale via its network of
subsidiaries abroad, joint venture partners and project associates in 47 countries.

What is covered ?
Hands on training on Automation and Automobile technologies, Course work by German professors, Seminars by industrial
experts, Certification from German research centers and companies, Accommodation for entire duration, University visits,
cultural tours City tours, airport transfers, travelling in Germany, Automobile manufacturing factory tours, museums tours ,
meetings with German students and experts towards the higher education assistance, VISA invitation letters and any other
required documentation, any other things related to learning and technology sharing.

Fee Structure
What is NOT covered ?
Flight tickets to and from India, food and any expenses related to VISA Application in India (like health and travel
insurance and German consulate fee in India), etc.
Regarding early bid offer:
*This is a premiere offer due to the commencement of AutoSol Winter School and is valid for registrations before 1st
November, 2016. For registrations beyond 1st November 2016, the course fee will be increased to 1664 (Total of Rs.
1,25,000/- inclusive of application fee) due to increase in accommodation and travel costs. Read terms and conditions
carefully. Participants who wish to travel for a cultural exchange to Paris need to pay 200 extra. (Rs. 15,000/approx.). Please look in to terms & conditions for detailed information.

consult@indoeurosync.com.
Admission will be confirmed within 5 working days. You will receive VISA Invitation letter, Accommodation
confirmation letter.
Apply for your VISA from the Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany from your region. To know more
about VISA Application process, visit our website www.indoeurosync.com.
Make your payment of the course fee within 15 working days of receiving the VISA Invitation letter.
Send us the VISA approval (if granted), copy of your health insurance, No Objection Certificate from your local
employer or institution.

1. Content and faculty provided in this document are subject to changes as per the availability of seats and other arrangements. In all
cases the decision of organizers is final and binding on the participants.
2. Participants should pay the fees in time. The late-fees are chargeable owing to increase in rates of various services by the service
providers (trains / buses / hotels etc.) as we go closer to the program dates. Waiver of late-fees is not possible owing to these
reasons.
3. The participants shall receive the VISA Invitation Letter after submitting the application form along with the registration fees
However organizers are not responsible for Visa and Associate fees / expenses, Health Insurance and other related expenses
4. Entrance Tickets: All the entrance tickets for Technical Museums and / or Trade fares and all other required entrance
tickets during the trip as per the schedule, shall be organized and paid for by the organizers.
5. Accommodation: Complete accommodation for the program is covered in shared mode. Separate accommodation shall be
provided for males and females. Decent student accommodation will be arranged in Frankfurt and Stuttgart according to the
program schedule. Decision of the organizers on accommodation arrangements is final and binding.

6. Travel in Germany: Every participant would be traveling considerable distance between the destinations to cover
Industry visits, cultural-tours and other activities as per the schedule. Best available comfortable group travelling
options by local trains / buses shall be provided as per the European standards. All travel starting from the arrival
airport till departure airport at the end of training, shall be escorted in the group by the representatives of the
organizers. However it is expected that the participants behave decently within the group as well as with the people of
the visiting country. Any uncalled-for behavior (including involvement in any form of illicit drugs or sex or anything
illegal as per the laws of India or the host country) may result in immediate expulsion of the participant and departure
of the candidate from the country. The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding in all cases.
7. Cancelation policy: If the student unable attend the program sue to any valid reason, his/her application automatically
considered to the immediate next program. If the student unable to unable to attend two consecutive times due to valid
reasons (like VISA Rejections/Personal/Academic reasons), his / her fees shall be refunded after deducting any bank
transfer charges and any other booking cancellation charges.

The application will be forwarded to the next AutoSol program if the entire program does not have a count of more
